The Role We are looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our center in Raleigh, NC.

You will design and oversee individualized treatment programs, supervise a team of RBTs, and serve as the clinical backbone of the center. This is a center-based role in a collaborative, mission-driven environment with strong corporate support behind you. What You'll Do Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis Design, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for clients across a range of needs and skill levels Provide direct supervision and ongoing training to RBTs and behavior technicians Review and analyze client data regularly to evaluate progress and adjust programming as needed Collaborate with families, caregivers, school teams, and outside providers to ensure continuity of care Lead parent training sessions and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with families Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and organizational standards Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development initiatives Support the Center Director on clinical matters and contribute to a positive center culture What You Bring Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB - required Active state licensure as a Behavior Analyst (where required) or eligibility to obtain - required Experience delivering ABA therapy in a center-based setting preferred Strong supervisory and leadership skills; comfortable mentoring and developing RBTs Data-driven clinical mindset with the ability to translate analysis into actionable program adjustments Empathetic communicator with families - able to explain clinical concepts in plain, accessible language Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage a caseload independently What We Offer Competitive salary commensurate with experience Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with employer match Paid Time Off and paid holidays CEU reimbursement and continuing education support Supervision hours support for candidates pursuing BCBA (if applicable) Career growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding national organization.
