What You Will Do
- Complete assessments, treatment plans, reassessments, and clinically necessary program updates.
- Analyze data and adjust programming based on client progress and treatment integrity.
- Supervise and train RBTs and BTs using practical, timely feedback.
- Provide caregiver guidance and coordinate care with appropriate providers and school teams.
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation that meets clinical, payer, and organizational requirements.
- Support authorization requests, utilization reviews, and other clinical documentation needs.
- Manage assigned caseload responsibilities while communicating barriers and risks early.
- Follow BACB ethics requirements and all applicable state licensure rules.
- Current BCBA certification in good standing.
- NC LBA.
- Candidate must live in or within 40 miles of NC.
- Active state license or eligibility to obtain the license required for the service location.
- Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field.
- Experience developing treatment plans and supervising RBTs or BTs.
- Strong clinical judgment, data analysis, communication, and organization.
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
