Weekend Hours: Policy recommends all staff work at least 2 weekend shifts per month

Required Certifications: BLS (must be AHA)
Years of Experience: 1yr minimum, 2yrs preferred
Float Requirements: per facility needs

Patient Ratios: 1:5 and 1:6
Equipment: VS machine, bladder scanner, IV pumps, Thermal imaging, lifts, tube feeding pumps

Supervisor: Manager Vickie Bessey, Assistant Manager Allison Herrera
Patient Population e.g. geriatric, adults > = 18 years of age
Hiring Profile:
Must Have Skills/Experience: med/surg experience preferred
Preferred Skillset/Experience: Charge nurse experience preferred but not required; oncology skills helpful, but not necessary
Common Diagnosis/Treatment: cirrhosis, sepsis, pneumonia, respiratory illnesses, wounds, CHF,
Required Education: ADN
