Job description:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Review and interpret medical information to provide comprehensive preoperative and postoperative nursing care.
- Prepare, administer, and accurately document prescribed medications and treatments.
- Perform clinical procedures including wound dressing changes, catheter insertion, and intravenous (IV) therapy initiation.
- Operate, adjust, and monitor specialized medical equipment, ensuring accurate recording and interpretation of patient measurements.
- Monitor vital signs and patient conditions, promptly identifying and reporting adverse reactions or complications.
- Coordinate discharge planning and continuity of care with the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Educate patients and their families regarding surgical procedures, recovery expectations, medications, and post-discharge care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, medical charts, and health documentation.
- Adhere to established nursing standards, infection-control practices, safety regulations, and clinical protocols to ensure high-quality patient care.
Pay: $62.00 - $64.64 per hour
License/Certification:
- BLS Certification (Required)
