As a Sr Program Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in designing and delivering exceptional onboarding and training experiences that empower our teams to excel in a rapidly evolving technology landscape.
What You’ll Do To The Client
Lead the end-to-end management of GTM onboarding programs, ensuring new hires receive a comprehensive and engaging introduction to Client
Develop and implement program improvements based on participant feedback and industry best practices
Create and maintain program documentation, metrics, and reporting to demonstrate impact and identify opportunities for enhancement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximize the effectiveness of enablement initiatives.

A collaborative team player with 3-5 years of project management experience.
An excellent communicator who can effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels
A detail-oriented professional with strong organizational and time management skills
A problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities
A continuous learner with a passion for enablement and professional development
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and project management tools and excited about GenAI tools
