Title: Facilities/EHS Lead
Location: Billerica MA
Duration: 12 months plus extensions
Candidates must have hands-on, direct ownership of regulatory compliance reporting, including:
- Preparing and filing OSHA logs (e.g., 300, 300A, 301 forms)
- Handling state and local EHS regulatory submissions
- Managing inspection documentation and citations
- Responding directly to regulatory agencies (OSHA/state inspectors)
- Keeping the site audit-ready at all times
2-5 years experience in both facility management and health and safety roles in a manufacturing site. Strong understanding of OSHA, environmental regulations, and building codes. Proficiency in MS Office and safety management software, excellent communication, and strong leadership abilities. Ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to details.
Strong communication skills, strong attention to detail, time management, teamwork, problem solving, self-motivated
SAP and Ariba experience is a plus
Associates Degree or higher
Manufacturing HSE & Facilities experience required
Salary : $30 - $42
