Account Executive
Compensation: $100K Total Compensation Uncapped Commission (OTE $180K in Year 1)
About the Role:
We are hiring driven, competitive sales professionals who want to build a long-term career in a high-growth, high-income B2B sales environment.
As an Account Executive, you will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, selling industry-leading HR, payroll, and workforce management software solutions to businesses. This is a true hunter role focused on generating net-new business, building relationships with decision-makers, and closing new accounts.

What You’ll Do
Prospect and generate new business through cold calling, networking, and outbound outreach
Schedule and conduct meetings with business owners and C-level decision-makers
Run product demonstrations and present tailored business solutions
Manage a full sales pipeline from initial outreach through close
Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and performance expectations
Build strong relationships with executives and key stakeholders within the assigned territory
Support the onboarding/implementation handoff process after closing new business

OTE of $180K in Year 1 for strong performers

Training Program (Important):
This role includes a structured 7-week in-person sales training program that is a major part of the onboarding process.
Candidates must be fully comfortable with the following:
Training is in person, not remote
New hires will be required to travel for training at company offices, including time at the Grapevine office and corporate / OKC-based training components, depending on class scheduling and business need
There are multiple required weekends during training where participants may need to remain on-site and may not be able to travel home
The training schedule is highly structured, and there is no flexibility for planned time off during the training period
Candidates should not have weddings, vacations, family travel, or other major commitments that would interfere with full participation
This is a significant investment by the company and is considered a mandatory part of successful onboarding.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree required
1 year of B2B sales, outbound sales, or relevant quota-carrying sales experience
Cold calling/prospecting experience required
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas
Experience generating net-new business
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Competitive mindset with a high level of drive and accountability
Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Salary : $80,000 - $100,000
