Sales Representative- Logistics

Job Title: Sales Representative (Hybrid)
Industry: Logistics (Highly Preferred)
Compensation: Base Salary ($80,000-$100,000) Commission
Schedule: Monday-Friday, Day Shift

The Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and engaging prospective customers, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions. This hybrid role requires a results-driven professional with strong relationship-building skills and a passion for sales. Experience in the logistics industry is highly preferred.

• Identify and prospect new customers through cold calling, networking, and social media
• Qualify leads and manage them through the sales pipeline
• Build and maintain strong client relationships as the main point of contact
• Understand customer needs and present tailored solutions
• Deliver sales presentations and clearly communicate product value
• Negotiate terms, close deals, and process contracts and agreements
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Track sales activity and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
• Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and customer feedback
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities
• Participate in training and ongoing professional development

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred, not required)
• Proven experience in sales or a similar role
• Logistics industry experience strongly preferred
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
