Entry-Level Financial Analyst

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Entry-Level Financial Analyst to support our Securities Administration operations. In this role, you will assist in processing and reconciling financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory and internal control standards. Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and reconcile daily cash movements and compare results to banking and system records
Support money movement activities related to loan fundings and security payments
Provide accurate remittance data and correction details to servicing teams
Assist in evaluating servicer performance to confirm compliance with agreements
Research and review legal and financial documentation to support collateral and bond payment activities
Maintain detailed transaction records and help identify process improvements
What you’ll bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (or up to 1 year of relevant financial services or analytical experience)
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Ability to analyze data, troubleshoot discrepancies, and make informed decisions
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel required)
Eagerness to learn, ability to adapt quickly, and comfort working in a dynamic environment
