What You’ll Do- Answer inbound customer calls in both Spanish and English
- Assist customers with:
- Account questions
- Payments
- Lost or stolen cards
- Fraud or dispute concerns
- Online and mobile banking support
- Research customer issues and provide solutions
- Navigate multiple computer systems while speaking with customers
- Deliver friendly, professional customer service on every call
- Fluent in Spanish and English (speaking and reading)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable working in a call center environment
- Ability to multitask and learn new systems quickly
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Customer service, retail, hospitality, restaurant, or call center experience is a plus
- High-volume inbound call center
- Team-oriented atmosphere

This is a 24/7 operation. Candidates must be flexible to work assigned schedules, including one weekend day.
