Account Executive - HR Technology & SaaS Sales

- Drive net-new business development within an assigned territory
- Prospect, build, and manage relationships with companies ranging from mid-sized to enterprise-level organizations
- Conduct consultative sales meetings with executive and C-suite decision-makers
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting and in-person client engagement
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close and implementation handoff
- Maintain expertise in the organization’s software solutions and product offerings
- Travel locally within territory with occasional overnight travel as needed
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Proven success in B2B sales, business development, or consultative selling
- Strong track record of exceeding sales goals and performance metrics
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and navigating complex sales cycles preferred
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Competitive, self-motivated, and highly driven personality
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-performance sales culture
