Job Title: Data Entry Specialist (Supply Chain) - Contract
Location: Rock Hill, SC
Pay Rate: $25/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week (or as needed)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support supply chain and planning operations during a system transition. This role is heavily focused on high-volume data entry, data cleanup, and validation to ensure accuracy and consistency as the team transitions to a new Planning Application.
Key Responsibilities- Perform high-volume data entry and data cleanup within supply chain and planning systems
- Review and validate data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with operational standards
- Cross-check documentation against system requirements and planning inputs
- Update and maintain production and scheduling data to support daily operations
- Assist with organizing and maintaining records during the system transition
- Follow structured processes and complete tasks with a high level of accuracy and efficiency
This position supports supply chain operations by handling detailed, repetitive data tasks, ensuring that critical planning and production data is accurate and up to date. This work is essential to maintaining operational continuity and enabling a smooth transition from manual processes to a new system.
Qualifications- Prior experience in data entry, supply chain, operations, or manufacturing environments preferred
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Experience working with spreadsheets (Excel) and data systems
- Ability to identify discrepancies and validate large volumes of data
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to follow structured processes and meet deadlines
