Recruiting Coordinator
Location: St. Louis, MO (100% Onsite)
Compensation: $20 - $27/hour
Duration: 6-Month Contract with Potential for Extension
A leading Fortune 100 organization is seeking a detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support a busy Talent Acquisition team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating schedules, managing recruiting processes, and providing administrative support in a fast-paced corporate environment.
The Recruiting Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring a seamless candidate experience while supporting recruiters and hiring managers throughout the hiring lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
- Create, submit, and track job requisitions through internal approval processes.
- Assist with onboarding activities, including initiating and monitoring background checks.
- Support recruiters with hiring documentation and candidate processing as needed.
- Maintain accurate applicant records and ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition team members to support recruiting initiatives and hiring activities.
- Generate reports, track recruiting metrics, and assist with special projects.
- Provide exceptional customer service to candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- 1 years of recruiting coordination, HR administration, staffing support, or related experience.
- Strong organizational and scheduling skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Experience supporting recruiting, onboarding, or HR processes is preferred.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
