This role will focus on servicing commercial loan transactions across the full lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities- Support servicing activities for commercial loan transactions in alignment with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Manage account maintenance, loan modifications, rebookings, and purchased receivables
- Perform complex administrative and operational support tasks with a high level of accuracy
- Serve as a point of contact for escalated inquiries, providing timely and effective resolution
- Partner cross-functionally with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and overall operational efficiency
- Maintain detailed documentation and ensure data integrity across systems
- 4 years of experience in administrative, operations, or business support functions
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high-volume, time-sensitive work
- Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Experience in commercial loan servicing or financial services operations
- Familiarity with loan servicing systems such as Loan IQ (highly preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and deliver strong customer service
