What You Will Be Doing
Work alongside the Titleist Gear Brand & Product Marketing team, assisting in all aspects of Gear Marketing activities and product launches. You will be a key stakeholder in asset management and communication, go-to-market preparation and product launch support. Support the Gear Sales and Marketing strategic objectives and activities for Titleist Golf Gear.
Responsibilities
- Digital Engagement:
- Collaborate with and support the Gear and Brand Marketing Team through organization and promotion of the Gear category.
- Assist the Gear Marketing team on preparation of product content for launches including product specifications, assets, copy and other critical launch elements.
- Web Deployment:
- Support and maintain applications integral to all Gear website activities.
- Utilize best CRM practices supported by analytics to constantly improve the consumer experience.
- Content Management:
- Organize and manage the upload and communication of Gear assets across multiple platforms (Widen, Scene 7, CPQ, Acushnet Pro Shop, Amazon, etc.).
- Assist in the planning and organization of Photo Shoots & Marketing Collateral. Requires strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Retail Merchandising:
- Coordination and distribution of retail and digital merchandising (displays, end caps, web banner, etc.), collateral, promotions and store events to support Titleist Golf Gear (stock and custom) at retail (On-Course, Off-Course and National Accounts) including physical and on-line store executions.
- Sales & Operations Support:
- Key point of contact for Gear Sales collateral. Including, but not limited to: Sales Rep Hub, Sell Sheets, Catalogs, Order Forms,, Sample Coordination, etc.
- Meetings/Show Coordination Assist in the planning and merchandising of the Sales Meeting Presentation, PGA Show Gear display and Key Account Presentations.
- Bachelor's Degree in Product Management, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of Golf Industry customer service experience is preferred.
- Intermediate to Advanced skill set in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Domestic travel is up to approximately 10% of the time.
