We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive QA Analyst with mid-level
experience to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in
testing methodologies, hands-on experience testing Salesforce applications and
integrations, and experience in the mortgage or financial services industry.
This role will be instrumental in ensuring reliability and business outcomes are
met.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test
ensuring alignment with defined business outcomes and success metrics
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing
validation rules, and third-party integrations
- Identify, document, and track defects through their lifecycle using defect
analysis and resolution follow-up
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, and
and translate them into testable acceptance criteria that validate both
functional correctness and business value delivery
- Validate data integrity and accuracy across Salesforce integrations with
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint reviews, daily
- Develop and maintain QA documentation including test strategies, traceability
- Support production deployments by performing smoke testing, post-release
outcomes and KPIs
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the
- Develop and execute test scenarios that validate business outcomes for each
aligned with product goals, user adoption targets, and operational efficiency
improvements
- Assist in evaluating and implementing QA automation tools and frameworks as
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in software quality assurance
- Demonstrated experience testing Salesforce and custom Salesforce
- Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, workflows,
- Proficiency in writing and executing detailed test cases, test plans, and bug
- Experience with defect tracking and test management tools
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and Agile frameworks
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to
- Experience with API testing using tools such as Postman
- Experience working in the mortgage or financial services industry, with
mortgage workflows
Nice-to-have Qualifications
- Experience with QA automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Katalon
- Familiarity with scripting languages used in test automation (e.g., Java,
- Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Platform App Builder certification
- Experience testing Salesforce integrations with platforms such as Five9,
- Knowledge of mortgage industry systems such as Encompass, loan origination
- Understanding of mortgage regulatory compliance and experience testing for
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing within DevOps workflows
- Experience with performance or load testing tools
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related
