What You Will Lead
Core Infrastructure & Operations (Primary Focus)
Own and lead all aspects of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, cloud environments, endpoints, and core systems
Ensure high availability, performance, scalability, and security across multiple international sites
Establish infrastructure standards, architectures, and lifecycle roadmaps
Oversee system administration, user support, and IT service delivery
Cybersecurity & Risk Management (Critical Secondary Focus)
Lead the organization's cybersecurity strategy, risk management, and incident response programs
Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards (GDPR and other applicable regulations)
Strengthen business continuity, disaster recovery, and resilience planning
Enterprise Systems & Integration
Oversee ERP, CRM, and collaboration platforms (JD Edwards or similar ERP experience preferred)
Lead IT due diligence and systems integration for mergers and acquisitions
Drive system standardization and optimization across newly acquired entities
Strategic Leadership & Business Partnership
Partner with executive leadership to align IT strategy with business objectives
Translate business needs into scalable, secure technology solutions
Manage IT budgets, vendors, contracts, and service-level agreements
Establish KPIs, performance metrics, and ROI tracking for IT initiatives
People Leadership
Lead, mentor, and develop a global IT team
Build a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration

A helpdesk-only or purely application-focused role

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master's or MBA preferred)
10 years of progressive IT leadership experience, ideally in manufacturing or industrial environments
Deep experience leading IT infrastructure, networking, systems architecture, and operations
Working knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and risk management
Proven success supporting or leading M&A IT integration
ERP Experience (JD Edwards Or Similar Strongly Preferred)
Experience working with international teams and multi-site operations
Strong executive communication, decision-making, and leadership skills

Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $110,000 - $160,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
