A leading financial services organization is seeking a seasoned Associate Director of B2B Marketing to lead high-impact marketing initiatives that expand its auto dealer network, support sales enablement, and elevate brand presence in the marketplace. This role sits within a strategic team that governs how the brand shows up externally and partners closely with sales, auto, digital, tech, customer marketing, and legal/compliance teams.
This is a hybrid role, onsite 3 days per week in either Baltimore, MD or Wilimington, DE.

Associate Director Of B2B Marketing Responsibilities
- Develop and execute lifecycle marketing strategies that attract, activate, and retain auto dealer partners.
- Build brand awareness for the auto lending program as a trusted solution for new vehicle purchases.
- Design and deploy multi-channel campaigns (email, mail, digital, in-branch, sales) in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Create compelling messaging and content that clearly communicates program value to dealer audiences.
- Support sales teams with targeted collateral, signage, and materials that entice dealer participation and drive engagement.
- Manage trade show strategy and execution, including pre-event planning, on-site activation, and post-event follow-up. - Oversee merchant network merchandising, including branded swag and in-branch materials that reinforce program visibility.
- Develop educational and enablement content for in-branch workshops and initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and strategic goals.
- Serve as a strategic partner to the auto and sales teams, understanding their needs and translating them into actionable marketing solutions.
- Manage incoming sales promotion requests, assess feasibility, and propose realistic, brand-aligned marketing approaches.
- Lead the development of marketing hierarchy and messaging frameworks to guide team member activation and customer communication.
- Gather field feedback and performance data to optimize campaigns and enablement tools.
- Present results and insights to leadership, informing future strategy and investment.
- Minimum 5-10 years in strategic B2B marketing with an established track record in successfully driving partner acquisition and engagement. Experience in financial services, franchise models or auto dealer relationships preferred.
- Proven ability to lead marketing campaigns across channels, including email; experience with Adobe Campaign or similar platforms is a plus.
- Strong understanding of how to enable marketing strategy in B2B environments.
- Experience developing sales enablement materials and merchandising strategies that drive partner engagement.
- Exceptional business acumen, executive presence, and the ability to influence and collaborate with demanding sales teams and senior leaders.
- Skilled problem solver with the ability to manage complex projects and competing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in creating persuasive presentations and strategic storytelling.
- MBA or relevant Bachelor's degree required.
