Yale Electric Supply, an affiliate of USESI, is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Director of Marketing to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals.

• Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team to drive performance and creativity.

• Oversee branding efforts to ensure consistency across digital, print, and in-branch platforms.

• Collaborate with leadership on annual marketing plans, budgets, and goal setting.

• Direct the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing campaigns and events.

• Manage vendor relationships and co-op fund strategies to maximize ROI.

• Analyze marketing performance data to guide decision-making and identify growth opportunities.

• Ensure effective execution of promotions, events, and merchandising initiatives.

• Maintain alignment of marketing efforts with financial objectives and company standards.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).

• 5 years of marketing experience, including 3 years in a leadership role.

• Strong ability to align marketing strategy with business goals.

• Proficient in campaign analysis, market research, and budget management.

• Excellent communication and team leadership skills.

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and analytics platforms.

• Familiarity with co-op fund management and vendor partnerships preferred.

• Experience in the electrical distribution industry is a plus.
