Key Responsibilities
- Manage weekly and monthly reporting updates with precision and accuracy
- Build and maintain Tableau dashboards and Excel reports
- Identify and resolve reporting gaps and bugs proactively
- Recommend enhancements to reporting processes and business workflows
- Automate reporting processes to streamline analysis
- Communicate new ideas and improvements for tracking business performance
- Document systems, reporting, and data processes for future reference
- Troubleshoot reporting issues and collaborate to resolve them
- Support team and organizational goals with flexibility and enthusiasm
- 0-2 years of experience in data analytics or a related role
- Familiarity with Tableau, Tableau Prep, or similar tools
- Ability to communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Highly motivated, results-driven, and entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-service oriented, adaptable, and collaborative
- Experience with Python or R is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in STEM, Finance, Business Administration, or Computer Science
- Relevant coursework or internships in data analysis are a plus
Boston-based role with a Hybrid Schedule
Compensation & Benefits
- An employee in this position can expect a salary rate between $75,000 and $90,000 plus bonus pursuant to the terms of any bonus plan if applicable. The actual salary will depend on experience, seniority, geographic location, and other factors permitted by law.
