Responsibilities
- Partner with Marketing Managers and internal stakeholders to develop marketing plans, content, and presentations.
- Support strategic marketing campaigns and tactics to drive program awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Develop compelling marketing copy for email campaigns, newsletters, banner ads, and other marketing communications while maintaining a consistent brand voice and messaging.
- Develop, maintain, and distribute marketing content across digital and print channels.
- Create and manage email campaigns, announcements, launch communications, and collateral materials.
- Manage media launch schedules and coordinate the distribution of approved messaging through various communication channels.
- Coordinate vendor quotes and oversee the production of print and promotional materials.
- Support event logistics, training initiatives, booth staffing, and shipment of event materials.
- Create reports and analyze marketing performance using analytics tools and Excel.
- Track and evaluate campaign performance across email, social media, digital marketing, and other channels.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on marketing data and campaign results.
- Stay informed on emerging marketing trends, technologies, and AI tools that can enhance marketing effectiveness.
- 3-5 years of marketing experience.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with experience developing copy for email campaigns, newsletters, banner ads, and other marketing materials.
- Ability to translate marketing objectives into clear, engaging content tailored to different audiences and channels.
- Experience supporting multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Experience with email marketing, content marketing, digital marketing, and event marketing.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with a variety of teams and stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Analytics and data-driven marketing strategies is a plus
- Experience with Workfront, Iterable or similar is a plus!
