Job Title: QA/QC Project Manager (Structural/Architectural or MEP)

Job Summary
We are seeking experienced QA/QC Project Managers to support large-scale construction projects across West Texas. This is a traveling role for a well-established general contractor, and we are open to candidates with strong Structural & Architectural experience or those with MEP-focused QA/QC backgrounds. The ideal candidate will ensure all work is performed in accordance with project specifications, contract documents, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage project-specific QA/QC plans
- Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and codes
- Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and owners on quality matters
- Identify, document, and track non-conformance issues and corrective actions
- Review submittals, RFIs, and inspection reports related to quality control
- Maintain QA/QC documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle
- Participate in project meetings and provide quality-related updates
- Support turnover and closeout processes to ensure quality standards are met
Qualifications – Structural / Architectural Focus
- 5 years of QA/QC or project management experience with a general contractor
- Strong knowledge of concrete, steel, architectural finishes, and building envelope systems
- Experience reviewing drawings, specs, and structural/architectural work packages
- Familiarity with inspection processes and construction quality standards
Qualifications – MEP Focus
- 5 years of QA/QC or project management experience with MEP systems
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems
- Experience coordinating inspections, testing, and commissioning activities
- Ability to review MEP submittals, shop drawings, and specifications
General Requirements
- Willingness to travel and work in West Texas
