What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dynamics 365 Director position at Talent?
A reputable Microsoft Partner and repeat client of ours is hiring for a Practice Director to lead their growing Dynamics CE/CRM and Power Platform practice. This is considered a new growth position as they are investing in a leader solely dedicated to this practice.
This position will be about a 60/40 split to start between Management/Strategy vs Delivery. Will be responsible in being the executive sponsor on projects, working closely with key stakeholders and ensuring delivery, leading efforts and customer satisfaction, while representing the company.
Responsibilities include:
- developing and supporting the growth of the existing team
- expand on existing integration offerings
- support sales efforts by performing discoveries, demos, and assisting on proposals when necessary
- Architect solutions, provide oversight, and have/maintain expertise across the Dynamics 365 platform with D365 Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and other modules, as well the Power Platform - Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse
