This is a hands-on, customer-facing role at the intersection of data, operations, and product — working directly with enterprise customers on real-world IoT deployments to monitor data streams and turn complex data into clear business insights.

What you'll do
- Partner closely with customers throughout ongoing deployments and project lifecycles
- Monitor real-time data streams and system performance across customer environments
- Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and anomalies in quality and performance
- Perform root cause analysis on data collection issues, tag placement, configuration, and integration gaps
- Build dashboards and visualizations to communicate system performance and business impact
- Translate findings into clear, actionable insights for customers and internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with Field, Product, and Engineering teams to close gaps and drive resolution
- Guide customers and field teams on deployment best practices
What you bring
- Bachelor's degree in Math, CS, Data Science/Engineering or equivalent analytical field
- 3–5 years in data analysis, technical customer success, or similar customer-facing roles
- Experience with big data architecture, data warehousing, and operational analytics
- Strong Python skills; PySpark experience strongly preferred
- Proficiency with visualization tools — Plotly, Tableau, Power BI, or Grafana
- Solid understanding of SQL, statistical analysis, and relational database structures (InfluxDB a plus)
- Excellent communication skills and comfort presenting to both technical and business audiences
- Self-sufficient, adaptable, and thrives in fast-moving environments
- IoT data stream experience a plus
