Support the administration and continual improvement of our client's Quality Management System (QMS). Focus on Calibration and Incoming Quality Assurance (IQA) processes to ensure compliance and quality excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and maintain the Calibration Management System for compliance and effectiveness.
- Oversee Incoming Quality Assurance activities, including inspection planning and managing nonconformance.
- Develop and maintain calibration and IQA procedures and processes.
- Ensure calibration records are compliant and uphold data integrity.
- Provide regular reports on calibration system health and compliance status.
- Support internal and external audits related to calibration and quality compliance.
- Manage audit findings, corrective actions, and follow-ups related to calibration and IQA.
- Develop and deliver training on calibration requirements and quality standards.
- Support Production Readiness activities for new tools, equipment, and processes.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and maintain strong housekeeping standards.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of calibration principles, metrology, and measurement uncertainty.
- Experience with Incoming Quality Assurance processes and calibration databases/systems.
- ASQ Certification (CQI, CCT, CQA, or CQE) strongly desired.
- ISO 9001 Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor certification preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical requirements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all organizational levels.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive corrective actions to closure.
