How You'll Make An Impact
- Perform electrical, mechanical, and visual inspections
- Test incoming materials, in-process assemblies, and finished products
- Identify and document non-conformances; escalate when needed
- Support root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues
- Maintain accurate quality records, reports, and data
- Participate in audits, process reviews, and risk assessments
- Support Lean, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives
- U.S. citizenship required
- Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, or equivalent experience
- 3 years in manufacturing or quality environments preferred
- Knowledge of ISO standards and Quality Management Systems
- Experience with quality tools (8D, FMEA, root cause analysis)
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
