FP&A Manager

Our client is seeking a proactive and ambitious finance professional to take charge of forecasting, P&L management, and financial reporting. This opportunity is perfect for someone eager to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency through robotics and automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling efforts.
• Manage the P&L and conduct monthly performance reviews.
• Perform variance analysis to ensure accuracy and relevance of financial data.
• Enhance dashboards and reporting for leadership and board presentations.
• Collaborate with operational leaders to drive accountability and insights.
• Prepare and present monthly reports to the board using PowerPoint.
• Integrate financial and operational data from systems like Xero, Bill.com, Gusto, and TimeClockPlus.

Month-End & Close:

• Collaborate with the fractional controller to ensure seamless integration of results into forecasts and models.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Analytical, resourceful, and comfortable with building models from scratch.
• Proactive in process ownership and capable of building relationships across the organization.
• Business-minded with a strong desire to learn and grow.

Requirements:

• 3-7 years of experience in finance, FP&A, or similar analytical roles.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
• Experience with data extraction and report generation from third-party systems.
• Ability to frequently visit sites in Irving, TX, and Coppell, TX.

Preferred Experience:

• Familiarity with Xero, Bill.com, and Gusto.
• Background in warehouse processing or the mobile repair industry.
