Branch Manager/Supply

Our client is seeking a results-driven leader to manage the day-to-day operations of their Supply store. This role involves overseeing a team of dedicated associates and ensuring the smooth execution of all operational activities, from sales and customer service to inventory management and facility maintenance.

• Lead and motivate a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences throughout the order fulfillment process.
• Drive sales growth by working closely with the team to meet operational objectives.
• Set clear work expectations, hire and train team members, and resolve conflicts to foster a positive work environment.
• Ensure the facility, inventory, and equipment are well-maintained and safe, addressing any issues promptly.
• Manage the P&L to ensure financial success, communicating any budget discrepancies or major impacts.
• Develop strategic recommendations to enhance efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee inventory control, including cycle counts and physical inventory, resolving any discrepancies.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of management and leadership experience, preferably in a related industry
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook; experience with WMS or ERP systems, Epicor preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Analytical and detail-oriented with a proven track record of problem-solving and decision-making.
• Experience in business planning and developing customer relationships.
• Understanding of distribution and transportation activities and related laws.
• Values-driven, ethical, and a team player capable of leading and facilitating results.
• Adaptable and positive in managing business changes.
