Key Responsibilities

• Oversee local operations and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Deliver exceptional support to customers, dealers, and partners.
• Develop and implement strategy, annual budget, and business plans.
• Monitor performance against key business metrics and budgets.
• Lead HR, staffing, and safety activities locally.

• Develop employees and remove roadblocks to success.
• Approve payroll-related items and support cross-departmental collaboration.

Qualifications
