Job Responsibilities
· Work with QA to ensure all product made is food safe.
· Record all production reports properly.
· Make sure that all floor wide areas and lines are operating at maximum capacity.
· Ensure production data is tracked and shared on production boards.
. Ensure all production line in assigned area have and are using the correct materials and recipes.
Required Work Experience & Skills
· The incumbent must have experience working as a production worker with food products.
· Individual must be able to multi-task, communicate effectively with coworkers, provide work instruction in a constructive fashion and write simple work orders or reports.
· Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
·This position requires basic math and computer skills to report production data.
