This position plays a key role in keeping the shop floor running efficiently by ensuring parts, steel, and components are delivered where they’re needed—accurately and on time.Key ResponsibilitiesTransport materials, parts, and components throughout the facility using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment.Load and unload trucks and verify incoming shipments against packing lists.Deliver materials to production lines according to schedules and work orders.Maintain accurate inventory by scanning, labeling, and updating inventory systems.Stage materials for welders, machinists, and assembly teams to support production flow.Keep storage areas organized, clean, and compliant with Harlo’s safety and 5S standards.Perform basic cycle counts and report discrepancies to supervisors.Inspect forklifts and equipment before use and report any maintenance needs.Qualifications1 year of forklift or material-handling experience preferred Ability to read work orders, follow instructions, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/move for the duration of the shift.Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work independently or as part of a team.#TSTRATHP
