Job Title: Machine AssemblerLocation: Rockford, MIPay: $18-23/hr depending on experienceShift: 1st Shift 6am-4:30pm Monday-FridayPosition Summary: As an Entry-Level Machine Assembler, you will assemble conveyor systems and components under the guidance of experienced team members. This role is ideal for candidates looking to start a career in manufacturing and gain hands-on mechanical assembly experience.Key Responsibilities:Assemble conveyor systems, parts, and subassemblies according to blueprints, work instructions, and safety standards.Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices to ensure accurate and high-quality assembly.Inspect components and completed assemblies for proper fit, function, and quality.Assist with packaging, labeling, and staging finished products for shipment.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.Follow company safety procedures and report any issues or concerns to supervisors.Work collaboratively with team members to meet production schedules and goals.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent preferred.No prior experience required; training provided.Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to learn assembly processes.Ability to read simple blueprints or instructions.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Ability to lift up to 50lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in a team environment.#TSTRATHP
