Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
· Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial, industrial, and residential settings.
· Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
· Run conduit, pull wire, and terminate devices according to NEC codes and company standards.
· Troubleshoot electrical systems and equipment to identify and resolve issues efficiently. Perform testing, inspections, and preventive maintenance.
· Collaborate with apprentices, foremen, and project managers to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
· Adhere to OSHA and company safety policies
· Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in clean and working order.
Qualifications:
· Valid Michigan Journeyman Electrician License required.
· Minimum 4 years of electrical experience in commercial, industrial, or residential settings.
· Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and state/local regulations.
· Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and schematics.
· Proficient in using electrical testing equipment and hand/power tools.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
