We’re seeking a Managed Services IT Engineer who thrives on solving problems, embracing challenges, and working in dynamic environments. You’ll support a diverse range of small to mid-sized businesses, managing everything from network infrastructure to cloud environments and cybersecurity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 2/3 technical support for servers, networks, and end users in a managed services environment.
- Lead and assist with Microsoft 365 migrations, SharePoint/Exchange rollouts, and cloud environment management.
- Manage and configure Cisco Meraki firewalls, switches, and wireless access points.
- Support and automate deployments using Intune, Entra, and Addigy (for Mac environments).
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues, identify root causes, and implement long-term fixes.
- Collaborate with service and project teams to ensure timely, high-quality client support.
- Contribute to cybersecurity initiatives and maintain secure, standardized systems.
Qualifications:
- 4 years of hands-on system and network administration experience.
- Strong background in: Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, RADIUS, PowerShell
- Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Conditional Access, Defender
- Virtualization (Hyper-V, RDS, VPC)
- Cisco Meraki network devices
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
- Experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment strongly preferred
- Experience with ThreatLocker security software
- Experience with Galactic Partners (Galactic Advisors) tools and processes
- ConnectWise Manage and Automate experience
- Industry certifications (CCNA, CCNP, MCSE, CompTIA Network /Security )
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
Salary : $90,000 - $130,000
