Position summary
We are seeking a proactive, creative marketing specialist to own email marketing, all social media channels, print/digital fliers, and short-form video reels. This person will build audience-facing campaigns that strengthen brand identity, drive engagement and conversions, and deliver measurable ROI. Ideal candidates are hands-on writers/creators who can move from strategy to execution across platforms and formats.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute email marketing programs (strategy, calendars, segmentation, automation, A/B tests, deliverability and reporting).
- Own social media strategy and day-to-day execution across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest as relevant): content planning, posting, community management, and paid-social coordination when required.
- Create and produce short-form video reels and social-first videos (ideation, storyboarding, shooting or directing shoots, editing, captioning and optimizing for platform performance).
- Design and produce print and digital fliers, one-pagers and promotional assets aligned with brand guidelines; prepare files for print and distribution.
- Maintain a rolling content calendar that integrates emails, social posts, campaigns, product launches and events.
- Track, analyze and report performance metrics (open/click/conversion rates, engagement, followers, reel views, CAC, ROI) and use insights to iterate on creative and targeting.
- Collaborate with product, sales and design teams; brief freelancers/photographers/videographers when needed.
- Ensure brand voice and visual consistency across all channels; uphold legal/compliance best practices (e.g., CAN-SPAM, privacy rules, platform policies).
- Manage budgets for paid social and creative production where applicable.
