The Marketing and Sales Trainee is expected to:
- Develop and execute direct sales and marketing strategies to acquire new customers for telecommunication solutions.
- Educate potential customers in local Riverside communities about the benefits and features of various telecom products and services.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets set by senior management through proactive engagement and persuasive communication.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and market understanding.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and market feedback.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Trainee team members to share best practices, develop innovative sales approaches, and foster a supportive work environment.
- Represent our clients and Mallard Marketing professionally and ethically while interacting with clients and the public.
To qualify for this Marketing and Sales Trainee role, you’ll be needing:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Sales or client-facing experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- The desire to work (and thrive) in a highly-competitive work environment.
- Comfortability with a flexible work schedule, including some weekends and holidays.
- Driven to achieve weekly and monthly targets set by senior management.
