Manage the end-to-end onboarding of corporate clients onto banking or treasury platforms, ensuring smooth integration of services like ACH, Positive Pay, and lockbox. They serve as the central point of contact, providing technical training and configuring software solutions to meet client needs.

Manage the end-to-end onboarding of corporate clients onto banking or treasury platforms, ensuring smooth integration of services like ACH, Positive Pay, and lockbox. They serve as the central point of contact, providing technical training and configuring software solutions to meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Implementation Management: Lead client onboarding, including project planning, tracking milestones, and handling complex product setups (e.g., Payables, Receivables, Liquidity Management).
- Technical Configuration: Configure treasury software via user interfaces and back-end systems.
- Client Training & Support: Conduct training sessions for clients on new products and provide Tier II support for implementation-related issues.
- Risk Management: Identify and resolve implementation risks; ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and bank standards.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with sales teams, product managers, and relationship managers to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Data Integration: Perform data mapping and testing, especially during bank mergers or system migrations.
- Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of treasury services, Cash Management, ERP integration, and electronic payments.
- Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple implementations concurrently using project plans and timelines.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly to clients.
- Technical Literacy: Familiarity with API integrations, data transmission (SFTP), and file formats (e.g., ISO 20022, NACHA).
- Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business, or equivalent experience in banking preferred.
- Strong Business/Corporate customer-facing experience (2 years).
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Experience in the financial services sector.
