Scope of Services

It is the intent of this document to outline a general description of the Scope of Services, the extent of services required, the relationship of this Scope of Services to other work and the agencies or other parties that will interact with the Supplier. The contents of this document are considered representative of the Scope of Services but are by no means conclusive.

• Upgrading infrastructure systems, including Windows System Center
• Assist IT teams and customers with ITIL based incidents and requests on various subjects.
• Monitor and manage infrastructure systems (Microsoft Windows and Network and Microsoft 365).
• Act as an infrastructure contact on application and cloud upgrade projects.
  
  

Work Environment:

• Contract for Hire Opportunity
• 90% Remote work / 10% Onsite work.
• Approximately 40 hours per week for the duration of the services
  
  

Evaluation Criteria

Provide specific details in the table below and include this in your submittal. These are mandatory requirements for your submittal to be considered. Based on the criteria, the City will select the resource that best fits the City's needs. Add additional pages as needed.

• Demonstrated expertise in operation and maintenance of Windows in an enterprise environment (min 5 years experience).
• Demonstrated expertise in the use of Microsoft System Center Products (min 5 years experience).
• Demonstrated expertise in the Microsoft 365 platform (min 5 years experience).
• Demonstrated use in ability to work with a team and independently (minimum 5 years experience).
• Candidate must reside in Minnesota.
