Key Responsibilities
- Deliver end-user training on healthcare systems, including EMR platforms
- Translate clinical workflows into effective training materials and sessions
- Support onboarding and ongoing education for clinical and administrative staff
- Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure training aligns with operational needs
- Provide troubleshooting and post-training support to users
- Maintain documentation and training resources
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of healthcare experience (clinic, hospital, or health system)
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows and medical terminology
- At least 5 years of experience delivering system training, preferably within an EMR environment
- Associate's degree (AA) in a health-related field or a similar discipline required
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to adapt training for diverse user groups
- Experience with adult learning principles
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
