Typical Day in the Role

• Purpose of the Team: The purpose of this team is serve as the central hub for driving carbon and waste reduction goals. It provides governance, reporting, and cross-team alignment to ensure progress on key initiatives such as Scope 3 emissions reduction, circular design, and embodied carbon disclosure. By standardizing practices and enabling collaboration across sourcing, engineering, and logistics, the PMO helps mitigate financial risk and accelerate our path toward FY30 sustainability commitments.
• Key projects: This role will contribute to:
  
  

i. Build and maintain data pipelines.

ii. Assemble large, complex datasets from multiple sources.

iii. Automate reporting.

iv. Develop analytical tools for business insights.

v. Develop dashboards and visual reporting.

vi. Collaborate with project owners to collect business requirements for reporting.

vii. Develop AI tools for productivity (e.g., Carbon Free Energy validation tool).

Candidate Requirements

• Years of Experience Required: 8-10 overall years of experience in the field.
• Degrees or certifications required: No degree is required to be eligible for this role.

i. Experience managing sustainability projects.

ii. Supply chain experience.

iii. Experience working with AI productivity tools and developing productivity tools.

• Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on ability to execute proposed key projects (ex. Development of models), and how behaviors (team collaboration, effective communication, opened to feedback and continuous improvement)
  
  

Top 3 Hard Skills Required Years of Experience

• Minimum 8 years experience with Strong proficiency in SQL, Kusto, Azure Synapse, DAX, M (Power Query), python, and Power BI.
• Minimum 8 years experience with Agile methodology.
• Minimum 2 years experience with Development of AI productivity tools.
  
  

Required Skillset / qualifications:

i. Master's degree in business, Project Management, Supply Chain, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or related field AND 4 years' experience in project management, operations, or engineering OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Project Management, Supply Chain, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or related field OR equivalent experience.

ii. Strong communication and team work.

iii. Strong proficiency in SQL, Kusto, Azure Synapse, DAX, M (Power Query), python, and Power BI.

iv. Agile methodology.

v. Development of AI productivity tools.
