Duties
- Ensure timely intake, investigation, documentation, and response to CMS-defined grievances.
- Provide clinical oversight of event reporting, triage, and escalation.
- Facilitate and monitor Root Cause Analyses (RCAs) and Failure Mode and Effects Analyses (FMEAs), including corrective action plans.
- Support regulatory inquiries, complaint investigations, and survey readiness.
- Maintain continuity of critical risk management and patient safety functions.
- Review medical records for mortality chart review.
- Work with any department if a patient complaint arises.

- Audits
- Post-discharge record review
- Communicates with clinicians to clarify documentation and query for specificity
- Post-discharge queries
- Resolution of queries
- Responding to patient complaints/grievances
- Reviewing event reports
- 2 years of clinical experience required.
- Experience in Critical Care or Emergency Department (ED) is a plus.
- Inpatient Acute Care experience required.
- Previous charge experience is preferred.
- Experience with the Epic charting system is required.
- BLS certification required.
- First-time travelers allowed if they have 2 years of experience.
Salary : $50 - $55
