Registered Nurse/Hematology/Oncology

Join our dedicated team in Charlotte, NC, a vibrant city known for its rich history and modern amenities. This is a fantastic opportunity for RNs to work in a specialized hematology clinic that focuses on classical hematology disorders such as bleeding disorders, hemophilia, anemias, sickle cell, and DVTs. Our clinic does not handle malignant hematology or oncology cases.

Required Skills And Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in hematology or acute oncology/hematology.
• Proficiency in phlebotomy is mandatory.
• BCLS certification required.
• Experience with patient education, case management, and central line care.
  
  

Preferred Skills And Certifications

• Experience in an oncology clinic.
• Certifications: ONS, BMTCN, OCN.
  
  

Job Details

• Average Daily Census: 70
• Contract Length: 13 Weeks
• Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• No call, float, or weekend requirements.
• Clinic closed on major holidays.
  
  

Patient Diagnoses and Procedures

• Focus on adult benign hematology.
• Perform bone marrow biopsies, manual diffs, and triage.
  
  

Additional Information

• RNs must bring their own stethoscope.
• EPIC system experience required.
• Scrubs: Navy Blue (not provided).
