Weekend Requirement: Work every other weekend

Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS

On-call Required: No

Floating Requirement: Expected to float through ICU community including CVICU, Med/Surg ICU, and Neuro ICU

Block Schedule Accommodations: No

Locals Accepted: No - 100 mile radius

Pending License Accepted: Yes

RTO Restrictions: Ideally no more than 5 days

Guaranteed Hours: Client may cancel up to 3 shifts without penalty

Special Requirements

• PA catheter interpretation and analysis required
• Open heart recovery direct from OR strongly preferred
• LVAD/RVAD/Impella, IABP required
• CRRT with Prismaflex, and ECMO preferred
• Ventilators
• Hemodynamic Monitoring, including PA catheters
• Targeted Temperature Management
• Bedside Trachs and PEGs
• Endotool for Glucose Monitoring
• PRISMA Flex
• Temporary Pacemakers
• Heart Mate 2 & 3
• Centra Mag
• Impella
