Key Projects:

This role will contribute to:

Operational collaboration with engineers and applied scientists

Resource and quota management across teams

Data management and cleanup for experimentation outputs

Monitoring compliance with internal guidelines and notifying stakeholders of required actions

Supporting experimentation coordination across multiple teams using shared resources

Summary:

The Core Search and AI team is looking for an experienced PM operation vendor to help with the process, policies, and resource management to help with team agility and efficiency.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handled miscellaneous operational tasks, such as cloud storage cleanup, quota management, security group access, and other resource management.
• Managed team capacity resources allocation (Cosmos, GPUs), and priority adjustment based on the team quota and policies, and help with the automation solutions for efficiently.
• Worked independently to assist a data science team by taking over unowned tasks and processes, in order to increase the team's efficiency and agility.
• Coordinated with multiple teams to clean up very large amounts of older data from shared storage
• Communicated quota and security-related policies to users and assisted with enforcing policies
• Provided access to shared data through security group administration and certificate management on shared cloud resources
• Documented team processes and policies
  
  

Skills & Qualifications:

• 2-4 years' experience required
• Process management experience, Azure experience, creating Azure resources, writing SQL queries, automating administrative tasks.
• Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills
• Basic ability to work independently and manage one's time
• Write scripts or automation tools to help with management efficiency would be a plus.

Computer science or technical background (nice to have)

Exposure to Azure concepts, SQL, automation, or scripting (plus, not required)

Meets baseline experience but limited evidence of cross-functional coordination or technical context

Top 3 Must-Have HARD Skills & years of experience for each:
