This position is responsible for all tasks that lead to the successful recruitment of new physicians. The role involves keeping candidates and customers well informed and ensuring that all referencing and credentialing paperwork is completed and referred in a timely manner while working closely with the physician recruiter.

- Assist recruiters in effectively monitoring the candidate pool by forwarding applications and transfer requests to hiring managers, maintaining applicant referral tracking logs, and notifying recruitment staff when a position's status changes.
- Prepare new hire packets, job offer/confirmation letters, and update candidates on their status throughout the hiring process.
- Communicate with potential applicants, adhering to all applicable guidelines, employment laws, and company employment practices.
- Conduct candidate searches in the applicant database as requested by recruiters.
- Assist recruiters in planning, developing, and implementing proactive recruitment strategies.
- Coordinate advertising campaigns with advertising agencies to include newspaper, direct mail, and professional journals, ensuring a cost-effective approach to producing a qualified candidate pool.
- Maintain a high degree of confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism in all contacts with internal and external customers.
- High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) or equivalent education/experience.
- 1 year of recent relevant experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to listen well.
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong prioritization skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with a high level of accuracy.
- Proficiency in computer applications and office equipment, including MS Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
