What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pharmacy/Pharmacist Inpatient position at TALENT Software Services?
Deliver pharmaceutical care through patient-centered clinical service, providing medication information, education, and ensuring safe, effective, and cost-efficient medication therapy. Use sound judgment and developed clinical skills to contribute to and implement the patient's care plan based on diagnosis in a timely manner. Build confidence and cooperation from patients, their family/support group, and other healthcare providers through competent patient assessment, attentive monitoring and care, and effective communication. Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations, codes, policies, and procedures to ensure privacy and safety while delivering optimal patient care. May also be responsible for performing specific tasks and/or orienting other staff to the department.

- PHARMD - Licensed Pharmacist OR PHARMR - Registered Pharmacist
- Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.
- Doctorate: Graduation from an accredited school of Pharmacy.
- New graduates are welcome to apply.
- 4 x 10 and 5 x 8 hours; variable shift - start times from 0700-2130
- Every other weekend, no on-call duty
Salary : $60 - $65
