What are the responsibilities and job description for the NUCLEAR MEDICINE TECH I - Florida position at TALENT Software Services?
Duties:
- Produces high quality images that meet the standards established by the Client Department of Radiology.
- Requires competence in a variety of equipment and technology.
- Practices safety guidelines for patients, support personnel, and themselves.
- Fosters teamwork through effective communication.
- Maintains flexibility to staff at various work locations, shift times and lengths.
- Experience with Nuclear Medicine equipment and procedures.
- Excellent patient care, handling of F-18 FDG, experience with Siemens PET Scanners
- Associate’s degree.
- Registered by Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (CNMT).
- OR
- ARRT (N) Nuclear Medicine.
- Florida License in Nuclear Medicine.
- BLS certification required within Ninety (90) days of start date.
- FL Radiologic license; CNMT or ARRT.
- BLS is also required prior to start date
