Requirements
This role provides temporary full-time LOA coverage for property and facility operations. Responsibilities include managing a limited portfolio of owned and leased buildings, administering lease responsibilities, maintaining landlord and tenant relationships, and prioritizing maintenance and repair needs for the physical plant. Duties encompass developing property management procedures, supporting regulatory visits, managing vendor performance, resolving lease and compliance issues, and coordinating with Real Estate, Legal, Risk Services, Finance, and leadership. The role oversees building operations, tenant services, property metrics, vacant space procedures, work orders, payables, budgets, expense audits, and lease-related financial controls while leading escalations and ensuring timely service delivery.

Requirements
- 5 years of recent property management, facility management, or related experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or equivalent education/experience
- Experience with owned and leased building operations, lease administration, and landlord relations
- Experience with vendor management, lease agreements, procurement processes, and contract negotiations
- Knowledge of business leasing, construction management, local building codes, and OSHA regulations
- Ability to manage budgets, payables, operating expenses, reconciliations, and variance reporting
- Advanced communication, negotiation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet established deadlines
- Experience in healthcare facilities or clinical office property management
- Experience supporting regulatory visits and environmental health and safety programs
- Experience with lease administration databases, property profiles, metrics, and standardized reporting
- Experience managing tenant move-in/move-out processes and tenant improvement allowances
- Advanced leadership skills with ability to influence across departments and business lines
- Mechanical aptitude and general knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
