- Experience with prioritizing high-volume requests and managing competing deadlines
- Ability to communicate effectively with staff, physicians, and healthcare stakeholders
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and standard office systems
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to privacy regulations (HIPAA or similar)
- Experience with data entry, document management, and general administrative workflows
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with HR systems such as Workday or similar HCM platforms
