Job Description:

The Manufacturing Issue Management Coordinator will support our client in the launch of new vehicle models. This position would provide support to the Manufacturing Chief Engineer and Deputy Chief Engineer at the Toledo vehicle assembly plant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead issue discovery and issue resolution
• Conduct workshops to resolve complex issues
• Lead daily issue reviews for project stakeholders
• Coordinate weekly Priority One reviews
• Manage Agendas & Powerpoints for issue reviews"
  
  

What are the Mandatory skills and skill proficiencies required for this position?

"Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in STEM field
• Familiar with the vehicle manufacturing process
• Strong problem solving skills, with tenacious approach to drive issues to closure
• Natural curiosity to understand the causes of issues and learn from past experience
• Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint
• Strong communication skills, relationship building skills and public speaking ability"
